Day Fifteen: Too Much Snow, Too Steep, Too Wet

The final climb to the Bremmer was a vertical snow field at least 100 meters up the face of the cliff in the right center of this picture. We bushwacked down to an alternate route, but after ten hours of scrambling we were just too exhausted and shaken to continue. We decided to pack it in and go down to the valley after one last look at the high Alps.
